Abstract:
During this session we will go over the architecture of the new scale out solution – SQL Server 2008 R2 Parallel Data Warehouse or PDW. The PDW is appliance based product that has been publically announced during the last SQL PASS and brought a lot of attention. We will look inside the PDW appliance to understand better what components are in use and how it works.

My bad — sorry. Been a crazy last 7 days — from a SQL Saturday run, my Pastor getting put in ICU and 3 of a 4 man IT shop out — and you guessed it I was the last man standing.
Now I remember why I gave up help desk and windows admin work! Location is updated FM:Systems — 6:30 pm.
